While wishing a healthy life to everybody, each of us was – is – or will be confronted with a medical condition.

Our experience is important to change things (e.g. how we interact with the healthcare system), but – to make things better – we need to voice this experience, state what we miss and describe what we want.

This survey gives all of us the opportunity to tell how we want to improve the healthcare system around us. It is completely anonymous; it takes 5 min to complete.

And what about the results of this survey? Assuming we are more than 100 participants, the survey findings will be publicized on the same website where you are reading this invitation to participate.
